We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our publishing house in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our publications (print and/or digital) to retailers, academic institutions, libraries, and other partners across Noida and neighboring regions. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who is passionate about books and driven by targets.
Develop and manage sales channels across schools, colleges, bookstores, libraries, and distributors in and around Noida.
Promote the company’s titles and new releases by meeting with clients and conducting product presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Attend local book fairs, academic conferences, and promotional events to represent the company and generate leads.
Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and promotional support.
Track market trends and competitor activity to identify sales growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and forecasts in CRM tools or internal systems.
Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Literature).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in publishing, education, or FMCG sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Knowledge of the Noida/Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR market is a plus.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for mobility in local territory).
