Job roles & responsibilities: -
• Identify and acquire new customers for retail banking products (savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, etc.).
Promote and cross-sell banking products like insurance, credit cards, and investment options.
• Meet assigned sales targets and ensure business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote retail loans, business loans, MSME loans, and other credit facilities.
• Sales and negotiation abilities.
• Manage book and handling the portfolio of customers.
