Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector to achieve oil collection targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local restaurants, hotels, cafés, and cloud kitchens.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and revenue.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful collection of oil from clients.
6. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and offerings.
7. Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the HORECA industry.
2. Established network of contacts within local restaurants, hotels, cafés, and cloud kitchens.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Professional appearance
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
8. Requirement: should have a two wheeler with a driving license
