Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products such as LAP, vehicle loans, MSME etc., through direct field visits, customer interaction, and relationship management.
Visit potential customers in the assigned territory or area.
Conduct customer profiling, explain product features, and complete documentation for loan applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Ensure timely collection of documents and coordinate with the credit team for approvals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Provide feedback from customers to improve service and offerings.
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM systems as required.
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in field sales, preferably in the NBFC or banking sector.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
Other: Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler (preferred).
