Job Title: Sales Manager (Outbound Field Sales) SAAS sales
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound sales efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Key Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales (outbound field sales).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong lead generation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
