Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead (Fibre) to manage the end-to-end JioFiber, SIM card, and telecom sales business within the assigned unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a field sales team, and ensuring seamless recruitment, training, and performance management of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Management:
Oversee the complete JioFiber business and ensure smooth operations at the unit level.
Achieve sales targets for FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) services, SIM card distribution, and other telecom products.
Identify opportunities to drive sales through multiple channels, including general trade partners, field activations, and direct sales.
2. Team Handling & Recruitment:
Ensure proper manpower availability as per business scope.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize business growth.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to improve team performance.
3. Field Sales & Customer Engagement:
Conduct field sales activities to promote JioFiber and SIM card sales.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and engagement programs.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure seamless post-sales service.
4. Operations & Relationship Management:
Acquire necessary permissions from buildings and societies for JioFiber installations.
Maintain relations with local authorities and handle any operational challenges, statutory requirements, or disputes.
Monitor key business metrics and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
