We are seeking an experienced and energetic Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of Senses Intelligent Interactive Panels across schools and educational institutions in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 7 years of proven sales experience, with hands-on expertise in interactive panels, smart boards, or similar educational technology. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, from product demonstrations to closing deals, and will lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to introduce and expand the market for Senses Interactive Panels in Chennai schools and educational institutions.
Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct interactive product demonstrations for school administrators, principals, and IT heads, showcasing the features and benefits of our smart panels to drive purchase decisions.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Executives to consistently achieve sales targets. Ensure the team is trained on the best practices for demo delivery and closing sales.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and approach new educational clients while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities. Understand local market dynamics and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to senior management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experience from demo to installation.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team, focusing on product knowledge and effective sales techniques, ensuring they are fully equipped to engage with educational clients.
