Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties, utilizing CRM leads.

• Conduct site visits with prospective clients to relevant properties.

• Handle negotiations with buyers and ensure successful deal closures.

• Achieve the target of 5-6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in both Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Energy, enthusiasm, and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 year of sales experience in any industry is preferred.

• Experience in handling the full sales cycle, including deal closures and demonstrated sales success.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
