We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team at Walmond Realty Dart Pvt. Ltd. This role involves overseeing end-to-end sales closures, guiding client site visits, managing a team of real estate consultants, and ensuring successful closure of both self-generated and team-generated leads.
Drive end-to-end sales closures from lead qualification to final deal signing
Conduct and manage client site visits to ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular training, motivation, and performance tracking
Handle both individual sales targets and oversee team targets
Ensure proper follow-up and lead nurturing to maximize conversion rates
Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns and generate quality leads
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Proven experience in real estate sales and team handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage high-pressure sales environments and meet aggressive targets
Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Local knowledge of the Noida/Gurugram real estate market is an added advantage
