Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Convince potential clients about the benefits of solar energy and tailor solutions to their needs.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales performance.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
4. Sales Process & Documentation:
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
Generate regular sales reports for management review.
5. Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales coordinators, design engineers, and project teams, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams for project-related discussions.
6. Site Survey:
Conduct complete site surveys for solar applications, ensuring proper data collection and feasibility assessment.
Physically analyze sites to determine appropriate system capacity and share survey reports in coordination with the office team.
7. Net Metering & Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain and submit required documents for net metering, subsidies, and other regulatory approvals.
Assist in the submission of net metering applications and ensure compliance with government and regulatory requirements.
8. Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in solar energy.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
9. Submission of Conveyance Sheet:
Provide accurate conveyance sheets for reimbursement of actual expenses incurred during job-related travel on a fortnightly basis.
10. Travel Requirement:
Be prepared for frequent travel to various project sites for surveys, assessments, and design coordination.
