Job Summary:-
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage and expand our sales operations in the general trade channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth
- Create and manage sales forecasts, reports, and presentations
2. Customer Relationship Management:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers
- Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
3. Sales Execution:-
- Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Manage and expand existing customer base
4. Product Promotion:-
- Promote products to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct product training for customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
5. Team Collaboration:-
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.)
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and sales data
Eligibility Criteria/Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Food Processing industry
Skills:-
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
