Job Describtion:
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and field visits.
Promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development (fieldwork experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
