Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our presence in the electronics consumer products/lifestyle products market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify potential B2B clients, distributors, retailers, and online marketplaces for business expansion.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting the company’s product range to clients and negotiating deals.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Work with retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and corporate clients for bulk sales and strategic partnerships.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to position the company competitively.
Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and business pitches to key stakeholders.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and brand visibility.
Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Gather market insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings.
Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain sales reports, client databases, and track progress using CRM tools.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Any degree - strong understanding of business/marketing/sales/business development fundamentals is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of consumer electronics/lifestyle product trends, retail dynamics, and B2B sales processes.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, lead generation, and closing deals.
Ability to work with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced market.
Preferred: Existing network in retail, e-commerce, or distributor partnerships is a plus.
