We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2C (Corporate) sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate clients and understand industry trends.
Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
Actively prospect and acquire new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Effectively present and communicate the value proposition of our products/services to corporate clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide insightful information to showcase how our offerings address client needs.
Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of products/services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that resonate with corporate clients.
Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to contribute to product/service development.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly update the CRM system.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, providing exceptional service, and maintaining open lines of communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2C (Corporate) sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
