Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms of sales with customers, ensuring the best possible deal for both the company and the client.
Sales Reporting: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, track sales progress, and report results to sales managers or senior leadership.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure smooth customer experiences and satisfaction.

Proven experience in a sales role (e.g., Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative).
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
