Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the assigned
territory
Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market share
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Ensure effective product positioning and visibility at the point of sale
Conduct product training sessions for partners and their sales teams
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any customer issues
Travel within the territory to meet clients and conduct regular market visits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in required
Proven track record in territory sales, preferably in the automotive or allied industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Having own bike
