Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that drive our brand identity across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to create on-brand graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, product listings, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Create eye-catching product images, banners, and graphics for the website, product pages, and online storefront.
Design and optimize product photos for better visual appeal, while ensuring that they align with brand guidelines.
Develop creative graphics and visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and paid advertising campaigns.
Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent visual brand across all online platforms.
Design logos, iconography, and other visual elements that enhance brand identity.
Work with web developers to ensure proper integration of designs on the website.
Monitor and analyze the performance of design elements, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand’s visual content current and engaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design and digital marketing materials.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
Experience with web design, including familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, typography, and layout design.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
