Job Overview:
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading and executing design projects that enhance our brand identity and communicate the elegance of our jewelry collections. This role requires a combination of creative expertise, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of the luxury market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful visual content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Creative Direction:
o Lead the design of marketing materials including catalogs, brochures, website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, and packaging.
o Create visually compelling designs that highlight the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns, ensuring all designs align with brand messaging and luxury positioning.
• Branding and Visual Identity:
o Develop and uphold the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels (digital, print, in-store).
o Design brand assets such as logos, typography, and imagery that reinforce the luxury and exclusivity of our jewelry.
o Maintain the style guide, ensuring that all marketing and promotional materials adhere to brand standards.
• Photography and Product Presentation:
o Oversee jewelry photography and ensure that all images capture the elegance and fine detail of our products.
o Create engaging 3D renderings, mockups, and animations to showcase jewelry collections in digital and print materials.
• Digital and Social Media Design:
o Design eye-catching content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to enhance the online presence of the brand.
o Optimize visual assets for various digital formats and ensure they are engaging for the brand’s audience.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:
o Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative guidance.
o Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure accurate representation of jewelry in marketing materials.
o Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work quality is consistently high.
• Market and Trend Research:
o Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, especially in the luxury and fashion jewelry sectors, and apply these insights to enhance brand visuals.
o Monitor competitor branding and design strategies to keep our visuals fresh and innovative.

Required Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in luxury branding and design (experience in the jewelry industry is highly preferred).
o Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
o Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
o Strong knowledge of digital and print design processes, including image retouching and color correction for jewelry.
o Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
