DailyDrive is seeking a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee our car washing operations. You will manage the team working on the field, assign daily tasks, maintain quality standards, handle customer communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily car washing activities across assigned areas.

• Assign work to the field staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service-related concerns.

• Monitor quality of service and report daily operations to the management.

• Handle minor operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain attendance and performance records of field staff.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading role (preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

• Basic understanding of car washing operations will be a plus.

• Must be punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
