The housekeeping staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment in assigned areas. Duties include cleaning guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and public spaces, replenishing supplies, and reporting maintenance issues.
Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, restrooms, and public areas.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Replenish room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Adhere to health and safety standards and policies.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow all company protocols and security procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Fast-paced, physically demanding work environment.
May require working weekends, holidays, or evenings.
