Key Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests (internal & external)
• Perform various cleaning duties in assigned areas according to established procedures
• Replace and replenish towels, linens, and amenities in rooms
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, and wipe down surfaces.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to company policies and procedures
• Ensure that all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patients.
• Should follow the schedule cleaning and routine cleaning on daily basis
• Should take care of factory employee uniform washing and pressing.
• Ensure that associate maintain the decor of the premises as per the standard.
• Maintain equipment in good condition
