Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
The candidate possesses knowledge of various chemicals, such as R1, R2, and R4, and understands how to use them for effective cleaning.
Manage housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance) to resolve issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-8 years of experience in facility management or hospitality industry.
B.A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
Strong supervisory skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
Proven track record of ensuring high levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
