Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Executive to lead our
Cosmetic Production Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in cosmetic manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills,
and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute production strategies specific to the cosmetic industry, considering
market trends, customer demands, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the cosmetic production team, including supervisors, technicians,
and quality control personnel. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Production Oversight: Oversee all aspects of cosmetic production, including formulation, compounding, filling,
packaging, and labeling. Ensure that production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and
efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process
to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Address any quality issues promptly and implement
corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to cosmetic manufacturing, including
FDA regulations, GMP guidelines, and ingredient restrictions. Ensure that production processes adhere to all
relevant regulations and standards.
Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel, to
optimize production efficiency and minimize waste. Develop and monitor production budgets to control costs
effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency
improvements within the cosmetic production department. Lead initiatives to implement best practices and
innovative solutions.
Document Management:
Maintain a comprehensive database of all documents related to product formulations, quality control protocols,
and manufacturing procedures.
Organize documents in accordance with established filing systems to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Regularly review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in B.Pharma
Thorough understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes, including formulation, compounding, filling, and
packaging.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the cosmetic industry, such as FDA
regulations and GMP guidelines.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
