Job Title: Lab Technician (1-3 Years Experience) – Night Shift Required

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine lab tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accuracy in results. This position requires working night shifts, as it is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lab tests and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Analyse and document samples, following established protocols.
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Troubleshoot minor lab equipment issues.
Support inventory management and order necessary supplies.
Collaborate with the team to report findings.
Must work night shifts as part of the schedule.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience as a Lab Technician or similar role.
Diploma or degree in Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
Proficiency in laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in regulated labs (clinical, research, pharmaceutical).
Additional certification or training in lab techniques and safety is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
Comfortable working with chemicals and lab equipment.
Additional Information:
