Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi for a Phlebotomy Trainer (Residential or Non Residential) at Frontline Global Services and Charitable Trust. The Phlebotomy Trainer will be responsible for teaching and training individuals on the proper techniques for drawing blood samples, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and evaluating trainees' performance.

·         Phlebotomy skills and experience in blood sample collection

·         Training and teaching abilities

·         Knowledge of safety and quality standards in phlebotomy

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Ability to assess and evaluate trainees' performance
