Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to join our team at XpertLabs Diagnostic in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be familiar with the latest laboratory techniques and have a good understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner

• Prepare samples for laboratory testing

• Maintain accurate records of all samples collected

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed

• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment

• Assist in the training of new staff

• Provide support to laboratory technicians

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory technology or equivalent

• At least two years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with the latest laboratory techniques

• Good understanding of medical terminology
