We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate CNC machinery. As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials using computer-controlled equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers, grinders).

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining operations.

• Load materials into machines and monitor machining processes.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).

• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and specifications.

• Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or deviations.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.

• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

• Solid understanding of machine shop mathematics.

• Familiarity with quality control principles and safety standards.
