We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate CNC machinery. As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for producing precision parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials using computer-controlled equipment.
Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers, grinders).
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining operations.
Load materials into machines and monitor machining processes.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and specifications.
Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or deviations.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
Solid understanding of machine shop mathematics.
Familiarity with quality control principles and safety standards.
Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
