Handing of Incorporations of Companies both Indian and Subsidiary of Foreign Company and LLPs.

Preparation of resolutions, notices and agendas, Minutes and other papers for board meetings, committee’s meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.

Formation of Partnership firms (including drafting of agreement and registration formalities with Registrar of firms).

Online application for PAN and TAN of Entities.

Maintenance of statutory books and registers required under Companies Act.

ROC Compliances –Preparation of various forms and filing the same on regular basis.

Handling of ad-hoc assignments – Capital infusion (Rights and Private Placement), change in board constitution, Transfer of shares, Shifting of registered office, conversions of entities, striking off of the company etc.)

To assist in preparation of Directors report/Annual Report.

To prepare and file forms required under FEMA regulations (FCGPR/FCTRS/FLA)

To assist in the drafting and filing of applications and forms pertaining to Overseas Direct Investment (ODI), Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) and matters related to External Commercial Borrowing (ECB)
Handling of LLP annual compliances and reporting changes in Partners/registered office etc.

Overall assistance in Compliance of Companies Act 2013, LLP Act and RBI Fema Regulations.
To track down updates in the Companies Act and related laws and ensure timely compliance.
