Job description
An assistant machine operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. By supporting the primary machine operator, they contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of production lines. Their tasks typically include:
Setting up machinery: Assisting in the setup or adjustment of machines for production runs, including loading raw materials, ensuring proper alignment, and making necessary configurations.
Loading raw materials: Ensuring that machines are properly fed with the required materials to begin production, and refilling or replacing materials as needed throughout the process.
Monitoring operations: Overseeing the machine’s performance during production, checking for malfunctions, ensuring that production targets are met, and preventing issues that could lead to delays or defects.
Basic maintenance checks: Performing regular checks and minor repairs on machines to ensure that they are functioning properly. This could involve lubricating moving parts, cleaning the machinery, or troubleshooting minor issues.
Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards: Ensuring that all tasks are performed safely, following company safety guidelines, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
Reports - Maintaining Daily Production Report in Tally ERP System
Education and Experience:
High school diploma in ITI or equivalent is generally required.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related field is often preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in Tally ERP System: Make accurate production entries in the Tally ERP system for record-keeping.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting

Shift Hrs -9 hours
Week Off: Sunday
