Job Title: Production Supervisor - Sheet Metal Stamping, Welding, and Bicycle Manufacturing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes in sheet metal stamping, welding, and bicycle manufacturing,
Key Responsibilities & Experience :
Sheet Metal Stamping/Pipe cutting/pipe bending:
1. Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve sheet metal stamping / pipe cutting & notching processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
2. Press Shop Operations: Press machine operation and maintenance, tooling knowledge, material handling.
3. Die setting : Good experience and skill for die setting.
4. Die Maintenance: Ensure that all dies are properly maintained and repaired to prevent rework/rejection.
Welding:
1. Welding Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve welding processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
2. Welding Processes: MIG, TIG, Spot/Resistance Welding Seam welding , Welding machine parameter setting and Frame welding.
3. Weld Quality Control: Inspections/Testing , FOA MOA, LOA to ensure that all welds meet quality standards on daily basis/hourly.
5. Bicycle Manufacturing: Preference to Bicycle manufacturing process and products.
6. Production planning: Prodution planning and monitoring expiriance computer or
7. Paint Shop: Spray/paint knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:12+ , Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial experience
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a sheet metal stamping, Spot welding, MIG welding welding, or bicycle manufacturing environment.
3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office. Computer operating is must.
