Direct Reportees
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Inspection of raw materials
 Conducting Quality & Quantity Tests for Raw materials
 Coordinating with vendors for in-house inspections of raw materials
 Visiting vendor sites for Inspection
 Rejecting raw materials based on reports
 Preparing Material Rejection Slips and send the same to Store
-Prepare and perform the QC technical test as per BIS standards
 Follow up for MOC Certificates with vendors
 Ensuring manual entries of raw material received are done
Inspection of Finished Goods
 Preparation of Technical file for all finished goods as per BIS
 Conducting stage wise inspections as per Technical Files
 Ensure that production is following quality standards
 Conducting dimensions inspections of mag drive components
 Co-ordinating with Third party Inspectors for Third party Inspections
 Preparation of Inspection Reports
 Preparation of quality folder for each job
 Sending Inspection Reports/Equipment folders to Clients and Sales
 Working with production team to provide feedback to supervisors regarding accuracy of operating
procedures.
 Maintaining all document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
 Performing review of records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures
and Good Documentation Practices
Third Party Certifications
Complete all documentation for all our certifications – for instance EN-71, ASTM
