We are seeking a skilled Turner (Machinist) to join our team at [Company Name], a leading hydraulic solutions provider. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hydraulic systems and a solid background in operating CNC lathes, manual turning equipment, and other machining tools. You will be responsible for fabricating and machining parts, components, and assemblies critical to our hydraulic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes, manual lathes, and other machining equipment to produce parts and components for hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining and manufacturing of parts.
Set up machinery, load materials, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality and dimensional specifications.
Inspect finished components to verify they meet required tolerances using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Troubleshoot machining issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Turner (Machinist), preferably in a hydraulic or mechanical engineering environment.
Proficiency in operating CNC and manual turning machines.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, systems, and applications is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
Knowledge of standard machining practices and safety protocols.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
