Effectively communicate and convince patients on IVF procedures., packages and pricing. 8. Effectively follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up procedures with Nova 9. Ensure Customer feedback is collected as per defined SOPs 10. Ensure COH and E-COH are conducted in co-ordination with Psychological Counselor as per the laid out monthly plans. 11. Ensure that the Medics easy is been used on real time basis at the centers and input all the required data
