We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Wine Sales Executive with 1–3 years of sales experience to join our client growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our wine portfolio across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored wine solutions.

• Promote the company’s wine portfolio through tastings, events, and regular client visits.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.

• Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely promotions and deliveries.

• Educate clients on wine products, vintages, pairings, and trends.

• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or wine industry prefered .

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in wine, beverages,

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for wine and basic knowledge of wine types, regions, and tasting techniques.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
