Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Support Engineer with experience in handling customer calls and laser printers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in printer troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance, ensuring smooth service operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and provide technical support for laser printers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to printers.
Install, configure, and maintain laser printers and related equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance and on-site visits for troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Maintain service records and prepare technical documentation.
Train customers on proper usage and maintenance of printers.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in service support, printer maintenance, or technical support.
Strong knowledge of laser printers, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Good communication skills to handle customer queries and technical assistance.
Ability to work independently and travel for on-site support (if required).
Proficiency in basic networking and printer software configuration.
