Role Summary

As a Homecare Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for nurses who have experience handling critical care patients and are proficient in advanced clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients at home.

• Monitor and manage patients with:

  • Tracheostomy

  • C-PAP/Bi-PAP support

  • Catheter care and other advanced nursing needs

• Administer injections, IV fluids, and medications.

• Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, and treatment.

• Provide health education to patients and caregivers.

• Coordinate with doctors and the Portea team for effective care delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification (Valid Nursing License).

• 6 months to 10 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Prior homecare experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience in handling critical care equipment and procedures.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
