(1) Accurately tracks expenses & timely payments for Employer/Boss/Director/Managing Director (MD)/Founder/Owner/Chairman/Chairperson/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) by managing credit cards and receipts, Club Membership, driving license, personal documents, mobile bills, internet payments and subscriptions.
(2) Management of petty cash transactions.
(3) Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate
(4) Work with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
(5) Track and coordinate for all activities and transactions on each bank account for the Employer/Boss/Director/Managing Director (MD)/Founder/Owner/Chairman/Chairperson/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) .
(6) Should be able to search & develop vendors for securing prime services at competitive rates.
(7) Should be able to organize a database of contacts with their updated profile for effective communication.
(8) Ensure daily monthly weekly reports from all the marketing & administrative staff and submit with their own report on progress on a daily basis.
(9) Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and as a relationship builder.
(10) Should be smartly & professionally attired.
(11) Should be able to write the application, request letter and follow up, introductory letter, representation letter, and complaint letter & recruitment profiles.
(12) Be punctual & regular in office timing.
(13) Should be highly trustworthy & Caring and Cooperative & Understanding
(14) Distribute itineraries and meeting minutes and keep track of events and meetings making sure that things are not overlooked.
(15) Maintain International/National Directory with all contact details for the Employer/Boss/Director/Managing Director (MD)/Founder/Owner/Chairman/Chairperson/Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
(16) Coordinating invoices raised against various projects & their status.
(17) Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
(18) Making quotation and Proforma for the Company to Client
(19) Calculation of Salary and making the Salary Sheet of the Company
