360 Club is seeking a smart, friendly, and well-spoken Front Office Executive to be the face of our club. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, answering queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude

• Handle check-in/check-out process

• Manage bookings and reservations

• Attend incoming calls and maintain front desk records

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs

• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints or issues quickly

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance at the front desk area

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Gujarati

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking software preferred)

• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused

• Ability to work in shifts and weekends
