Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and important documents.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when required.
Ensure proper visitor log management and security protocols are followed.
Provide basic information about services to visitors and callers.
Should be comfortable working in an animal care environment.
