Location - Indiranagar Ayurveda Center
Work Timings: Shift-based, 6 days a week (including weekends on rotation)
Shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 9:00am to 7:00pm
Candidate: Only Female
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming
environment.
● Handle billing processes, including cashbook management, and ensure
accuracy in financial transactions.
● Maintain attendance records for both patients and staff, ensuring timely
updates and reporting.
● Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up sessions based on
doctors’ availability and patient requirements.
● Conduct tele-calling to engage with old, current, and new patients,
promoting services and ensuring their needs are met.
● Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure the clinic remains clean and
orderly, coordinating tasks and managing the housekeeping staff.
● Respond to patient inquiries, manage the front desk, and provide general
administrative support as needed.
● Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for patients, from check-in to
check-out.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in a front office, customer service, or administrative
role is preferred.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a
customer-centric attitude.
● Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
● Ability to handle billing and cash management accurately.
● Previous experience in tele-calling or customer engagement is a plus.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shift rotations,
including weekends.
