Job Role Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management
Identifying, selecting, and onboarding vendors for office supplies, facilities, and services.
Negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Managing vendor payments, renewals, and performance evaluations.
Coordinating with finance for invoice processing and payments.
Resolving any vendor-related issues or disputes.
2. Housekeeping Management
Overseeing office cleanliness and maintenance.
Ensuring housekeeping staff follow schedules and standards.
Stocking and managing cleaning supplies and consumables.
Coordinating with facility teams for pest control, deep cleaning, and sanitation.
Conducting regular audits to maintain hygiene and organization.
3. Asset Management
Maintaining records of office assets (IT equipment, furniture, etc.).
Tracking asset allocation, movement, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinating repairs, replacements, and disposals as needed.
Ensuring compliance with company policies for asset usage.
Managing procurement and inventory control of office assets.
4. End-to-End Admin Work
Managing office supplies, travel arrangements, and courier services.
Handling employee onboarding and providing necessary office equipment.
Overseeing security, access control, and office safety compliance.
Organizing events, meetings, and office functions.
Ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory compliances.
