Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, basic accounting functions, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires proficiency in Excel, basic accounts and finance calculations, and the ability to handle filing and MIS reports. The candidate must be comfortable with local travel for office-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Manage and track office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist with general office administration duties.
MIS Reporting:
Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports as required.
Collect and compile data for reporting purposes.
Excel Proficiency:
Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis and reporting.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for various administrative and financial tasks.
Basic Accounts & Finance:
Perform basic accounts and finance calculations.
Assist with invoice processing and record keeping.
Manage and track rent and utility bills.
Rents and Bills:
Collect and manage all relevant rent and utility bills.
Ensure timely payment of all bills.
Maintain accurate records of all payments.
Commuting:
Travel to various locations within the city for office-related tasks (2-3 hours of daily commute).
Utilize a personal two-wheeler for commuting.
Education:
Minimum Education Level - Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field.
