• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination between teams.
• Maintain accurate records, including student inquiries, counselling session details, and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound and outbound communication, such as phone calls and emails, and redirect to relevant departments as needed.
• Assist the Business Development and Counselling teams with documentation, student registration, and database management.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting notes.
• Oversee office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
• Support event planning and coordination for workshops, student orientation sessions, and team events.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist in streamlining administrative processes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years of Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
