● Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
● Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
● Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and consultations for our designers.
● Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
● Handle inquiries and provide general information about our services and projects.
● Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
● Maintain office supplies and ensure that the front desk is fully stocked.
● Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
● Professional appearance and demeanor.
● A basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus but not required.
● High school diploma or equivalent; office administration qualifications are a plus.
