Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
• Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the reception area.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
