Job Summary:
As the Front Office Executive at a real estate project site, you will be the face of the company for walk-in clients, visitors, and contractors. Your role is to ensure a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, support the sales team, and provide basic information about the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors at the site office.
Maintain visitor logs and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed.
Provide clients with brochures, price lists, and basic project information.
Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up records.
Coordinate with the head office for documentation, inventory, or facility needs.
Ensure the front office and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Maintain records of daily client footfall and feedback.
Support the sales and admin team with data entry, filing, and documentation.Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in front office or customer service, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and use of CRM software (if required).
Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced site environment.
Fluency in English, kannada & local language(s).
Experience: 1yr in Front office
Work days & Timings:
[6 days a week, 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM or as per site timing week ends only on Saturday & Sunday 9.30 am - 7.00 pm ] week off Tuesday / wednesday
Salary: 15k - 20k
