We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide relevant information.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
Salary: 8000-12000
