Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner.
Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a neat and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and letters.
Maintain visitor records and assist with security procedures.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in office administrative tasks.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document filing, and inventory management.
Assist HR and administrative teams in organizing office events and activities.
Ensure smooth communication between different departments and external stakeholders.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years in front office/receptionist role.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
