Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries regarding overseas education.
Manage appointments, schedules, and student records.
Coordinate with counselors and support staff for smooth operations.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in front-desk management.
0-1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in the education sector).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
