· Experience:
Previous experience in a Receptionist role in Real Estate is preferred.
Experience in office administration or handling front desk duties.
· Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Experience with phone systems, multi-line phone handling, and email systems.
Familiarity with scheduling software or calendars is a plus.
